Hi friends, welcome to my vibrant kitchen wonderland! I’m so happy you're here! My name is Teresa Haugen, and I am a student at the International Culinary Institute.

I am a wife, mother of 4 now adult children, and 2 English Bulldogs. I was born and raised in Iowa, and I have had a love of food, fashion, and culture my entire life. One day, I hope to travel and experience many more food cultures around the world.

As a self-taught baker, I started my own wildly successful in-home bakery in 2017. Prior to 2020, I almost branched out to a storefront. I’m so glad I didn’t!

Now I’m here to share my recipes, techniques, and my love of pastry and culinary arts. A Taste Of Class will offer easy homemade recipes for those who like to cook or bake. My passion for flavors and fun drives me to dish out creativity and unforgettable moments that will hopefully inspire you to spice up your cooking adventures!
